Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bk32 (hereinafter "bk32", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bk32 website located at https://bk32.io and all associated services, products, software, games, betting markets, and promotional programmes offered thereon.

By accessing the bk32 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk32 platform.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

The bk32 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bk32 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming and sports betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on bk32. bk32 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where such activity is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Providing false information regarding your location during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Process

To create a bk32 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bk32 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bk32 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to withdrawal approval or at any time upon bk32's request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming your registered mobile number)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the bk32 compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at bk32's sole discretion.

Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one bk32 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk32 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any remaining balances without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk32 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bk32 will not be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bk32 support team immediately by contacting [email protected]. bk32 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bk32 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to the completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering obligations. bk32 may also close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bk32 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳500 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing the reactivation process.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk32 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. bk32 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed and credited to your bk32 account balance within approximately 90 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Card deposits may take longer depending on your issuing bank's processing time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bk32 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 10 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank cards may take 1 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bk32 account.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bk32 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bk32 is not responsible for currency conversion losses.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bk32 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. In such cases, bk32 may report the matter to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, bk32 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Players should review the contribution schedule for each promotion before opting in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bk32 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to accumulate promotional credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, bk32 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All promotional bonuses are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

bk32 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is considered accepted only once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the bk32 system. Wagers placed in error, whether due to technical fault or player error, may be voided by bk32 at its discretion with the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting markets offered on bk32, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bk32's settlement rules for that market type will apply. 6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on bk32, including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and other certified providers, operate under the rules established by the respective game provider. bk32 does not alter game mechanics or payout percentages. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, wager, or transaction, bk32 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the player's account. No claim may be made in respect of winnings that arise from a malfunctioning game or system error. bk32 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate with affected players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk32 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one bk32 account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in any manner
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the bk32 platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or game engine operated by bk32 or its providers
• Using the platform in any way that causes or is likely to cause disruption to other players or to bk32's systems
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating access to a bk32 account by any third party, including sharing login credentials

bk32 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption or error, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

By registering a bk32 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bk32's operating jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

All formal dispute communications between bk32 and the player shall be conducted in English. Where a player communicates in Bengali, bk32 will make reasonable efforts to provide a response in Bengali, however the English version of any formal communication shall be the binding version in the event of any inconsistency.
